ORDER & SHIPPING
Our shipping cost is £9.99 for all orders in Zone 1 ( most of UK mainland ) up to 15kg per order. Any orders above 15kg will be charged at 30p per kg. If your order is above 15 kg you will receive a payment request via PayPal to complete.
For orders in Zone 2 ( remote Scotland ) and Zone 3 ( UK offshore islands including Channel Islands and Isle of Man) please email so that we can calculate postage fee.

Making a purchase with us is easy! Simply follow the below instructions to successfully complete your order.
All payments are processed by PayPal (PayPal is a safer, simpler way to make payments online) you can make your payment via the following card types - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo, UK Maestro, Mastercard, UK Debit Mastercard, JCB.
Once you have completed the order stage, you will receive an acknowledgement email stating that we have received your order. This will include an order identification number, where you will be able to track the process of your order by login to your account on our web site. We will then start to process your order.
Payment Security Information (applies to all PayPal transactions).
All PayPal transactions will go through a security verification procedure, allowing us to filter out any card payment issues and fraudulent orders (this may delay your order). Please note we only deliver goods to the card holder's name and billing address (the name & address as shown on your card statement). Any different address provided will not be accepted and the transaction will fail on every attempt made.
Hargeo (www.hargeo.com) reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse any order received that may or is involved in any fraudulent activity. Any such involvement which is detected, we will forward to the fraud prevention department and they will undergo a fraud investigation which may also involve police investigation.

Once your payment has successfully cleared the payment security verification procedure you will receive an email notice.
All prices shown on our web site are in British Pounds (UK Sterling).
All prices shown on our web site exclude VAT. The VAT will be added at the check out stage with a full breakdown.
All coupon codes can only be redeemed in the check out at the time of the order being placed. Once an order has been placed on our system a coupon code cannot be added or redeemed against the order. Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order.
Once your order has cleared the payment stage our warehouse will process your order. The order will be packed in secure and appropriate packaging, ready for dispatch.
Depending on the destination of your order, we use various courier services. Please see below for our shipping rates and shipping timescale.
Standard 2-3 day delivery service will be charged at £9.99 per order.
Orders we receive Monday to Friday before 11am will be processed on the same day for a next day delivery (excluding any Bank Holiday). Any orders we receive on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received on any Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
The above delivery timescales are an approximate guide only. These timescales are based on information which our couriers have advised on. Usually from past experience most orders are delivered within these timescales.
If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at your billing delivery address, then a calling card will be left at the address with the phone number to call to arrange a re-delivery. Please note before the goods are handed to the recipient, the original calling card is needed along with proof of identification and signature will be required.
If re-delivery is attempted without success on a further occasion, the order will be returned back to us.
If an order has been lost or stolen whilst in transit, we will instruct a full investigation to be carried out by the courier company. No refund or replacement item will be sent until the investigation has been carried out and the claim has been approved by the courier company.
Please note - We no longer provide the delivery tracking reference number on any order, this is due to new security measures introduced.

Order & Shipping Information For Corporate Account Customers
All orders will need to have a minimum value of £100.00 to receive free delivery within the M25 area.
Payment is due to Hargeo in full prior to the despatch of goods if a credit agreement is not agreed before hand. Otherwise payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice where a credit agreement exists. Whilst a balance is outstanding, further orders will not be despatched.
After 40 days a surcharge of 5% will be charged on the gross amount overdue levied on a daily basis.
All shortages and damages must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery via telephone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. as soon as possible, please include your company name, order ID number.
